Ts & Cs
Website Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 9 October 2026
Â
These terms and conditions apply to the use of www.natashahaynesgallery.com and to purchases made directly from Natasha Haynes Gallery through this website.
Please read them carefully before placing an order. By using this website or purchasing an artwork, print or commission, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Â
1. About Natasha Haynes Gallery
Natasha Haynes Gallery is operated by Natasha Haynes, an independent artist based in the United Kingdom.
Website: www.natashahaynesgallery.com
Email: info@natashahaynesgallery.com
Â
2. Website Use
You may use this website for lawful personal purposes, including viewing artwork, making enquiries and purchasing available products.
You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, interfere with its operation or use its content for unlawful or unauthorised commercial purposes.
While reasonable efforts are made to keep the website available and accurate, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. The website may occasionally be changed, suspended or withdrawn for maintenance, security or other operational reasons.
Â
3. Products and Descriptions
Reasonable care is taken to describe and photograph every artwork and product accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, screen settings and the materials used.
Original artwork is created by hand and may contain natural variations in texture, surface and finish. These characteristics are part of the artwork and are not faults.
Product dimensions are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise. Frames, mounts and display accessories are only included where this is clearly stated in the product description.
Â
4. Originals and Prints
Original artworks are one-of-a-kind. Placing an item in your basket does not reserve it. An original remains available until payment has been completed and the order has been accepted.
Print details, including size, paper, finish, whether the print is signed and whether it is supplied framed, will be stated on the relevant product page.
Â
5. Placing an Order
After placing an order, you should receive an acknowledgement. This confirms that the order has been received but does not necessarily mean it has been accepted.
A contract is formed when Natasha Haynes Gallery confirms acceptance of the order or dispatches the item, whichever happens first.
An order may be declined or cancelled where:
-
The item is unavailable or has already been sold.
-
There is an obvious pricing or product-description error.
-
Payment cannot be authorised.
-
Delivery cannot reasonably be made to the address provided.
-
Fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity is suspected.
If payment has already been taken for an order that cannot be accepted, the amount paid will be refunded.
Â
6. Prices and Payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges and any other applicable costs will be displayed at checkout or agreed before a commission is confirmed.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered through the website. Orders will not be dispatched until cleared payment has been received.
Natasha Haynes Gallery may correct an obvious pricing error. If this affects an order already placed, you will be contacted and given the choice of proceeding at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.
Â
7. Commissioned Artwork
Commission requests are subject to availability and acceptance. The agreed brief, size, medium, price, estimated timescale and any framing or delivery requirements will be confirmed before work begins.
A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. The deposit becomes non-refundable once work has begun because it contributes towards consultation, preparation, materials and time reserved for the commission. This does not affect your statutory rights where the artwork is faulty, not as described or does not reasonably conform to the agreed brief.
The remaining balance must be paid when the commission is complete and before dispatch, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Commission timescales are estimates. Natasha will make reasonable efforts to meet an agreed date but may require additional time because of the complexity of the work, illness, material availability or circumstances outside reasonable control. You will be informed of any significant delay.
Â
8. Reference Photographs and Commission Approval
You are responsible for supplying clear, suitable reference photographs and for ensuring that you have permission to provide and use them. You must disclose any important details or specific requirements before work begins.
Commissioned artwork is created by hand in Natasha's artistic style. Small differences from a reference photograph and natural artistic interpretation are not faults.
Progress or completion photographs may be supplied for approval. Reasonable adjustments that remain within the original agreed brief can be discussed before final varnishing, framing or dispatch. Significant alterations, a change of reference image or changes outside the original brief may incur an additional charge and extend the completion time. Any additional cost will be agreed before the extra work begins.
If you do not respond to approval requests or requests for information, work and delivery may be paused. If there is no response for 60 days despite reasonable attempts to make contact, the commission may be treated as abandoned. Any refund will take account of work already completed, materials obtained and other reasonable losses, subject to consumer law.
Â
9. Cancellation Rights and Returns
Ready-to-ship original artwork and standard, non-personalised prints purchased online can normally be cancelled within 14 days beginning the day after delivery. After notifying Natasha Haynes Gallery of the cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the item.
Commissioned, bespoke and clearly personalised artwork cannot normally be cancelled or returned simply because you have changed your mind once work has begun.
These exclusions do not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not conform to the contract.
Return postage, refund timing, packaging requirements and damage-reporting information are explained in the separate Returns and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Â
10. Delivery
Available delivery methods and charges will be shown at checkout or confirmed before purchase. Delivery dates are estimates unless a date has expressly been agreed as essential.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged where reasonable.
Risk in the goods passes to you when the order is delivered to you or to a person identified by you to receive it. Ownership passes once full payment has been received.
If an order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact info@natashahaynesgallery.com as soon as reasonably possible. Reporting visible damage within 48 hours helps with a courier claim but does not limit your statutory rights.
Â
11. International Orders
International delivery may be available to selected destinations. Delivery times may be affected by customs processing.
Unless stated otherwise, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges or handling fees imposed by the destination country. Customers are responsible for checking local import restrictions before ordering.
Â
12. Intellectual Property and Copyright
All artwork, images, text, designs, branding and other content on this website are owned by or licensed to Natasha Haynes Gallery and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.
Purchasing an original artwork, print or commission transfers ownership of the physical item only. Copyright and reproduction rights remain with Natasha Haynes unless expressly transferred in a separate written agreement.
Artwork and website content must not be copied, reproduced, altered, distributed, used to create derivative works, used to train artificial-intelligence systems or used commercially without prior written permission.
You may share photographs of artwork you have purchased for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided Natasha Haynes Gallery is credited where reasonably possible.
Â
13. Displaying Commissioned Artwork
Reference photographs and identifiable commissioned artwork will not be used publicly without permission. If you consent to a completed commission being shown in Natasha's portfolio, on the website, on social media, at exhibitions or in promotional material, you may later withdraw consent for future use.
Withdrawal will not affect uses already made lawfully or printed material already produced. Further information is provided in the Privacy Policy.
Â
14. Liability
Natasha Haynes Gallery is responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of breaching these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or your statutory consumer rights.
Natasha Haynes Gallery is not responsible for business losses arising from a consumer purchase or for loss caused by events outside reasonable control, provided reasonable steps are taken to minimise the effect of those events.
Â
15. Privacy and Cookies
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Information about cookies and similar technologies is available through the website's cookie notice and settings.
Â
16. Third-Party Links and Services
This website may contain links to third-party websites or use services provided by Wix, payment providers, delivery companies and social-media platforms. Natasha Haynes Gallery is not responsible for the content or availability of websites operated by third parties. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply.
Â
17. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated occasionally to reflect changes to the website, products, business practices or legal requirements. The terms in force when you place an order will apply to that purchase.
Â
18. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory protections available to you and may bring proceedings in the courts applicable where you live.
